So I decided to share my favorite stretching exercises with you but make it 3 separate videos - Stretching for Beginners, Stretching for Intermediate level and Stretching for Advanced level. That way you can choose what level of exercises suits you the best or you can mix them and make your own stretching routine out of different exercises! For this video - FULL BODY LOW IMPACT INTERMEDIATE workout - I wanted to continue the theme of the last video on this channel (FULL BODY LOW IMPACT workout for BEGINNERS) and do a workout which doesn’t put a lot of pressure on your legs but at the same time today we’re going to increase the difficulty of each exercise and also repeat them for 2 rounds.
