WEDNESDAY, DEC. 15:
8:30am-noon Alex and SDAB truck volunteers arrive for unloading
3:00PM Call time for Intermediate/Advanced dancers
3:30-4:45 Class on stage for Int/Adv dancers
4:30 Call time for Pre-Ballet/Beginning ballet dancers
5:00 Dancers change into costume
5:00-5:25 Run Mother Ginger/all bon bons (no costume). Students who are only Bon Bons are excused at 5:25pm
5:25-5:45 Stage Manager set stage
5:45-9:30 FULL RUN THROUGH with costumes and makeup (FRI NIGHT CAST)
This Wednesday night rehearsal will be the first dress/tech run-through. Please note that we will stop and start and may re-run some scene changes etc. Please stay focused and do not run to the dressing rooms to change costumes until instructed to do so.
THURSDAY, DEC. 16:
3:00 Call time for Intermediate/Advanced dancers
3:30-4:45 Class on stage for Int/Adv dancers
4:30 Call time for Pre-Ballet/Beginning ballet dancers
5:00-5:25 Run Mother Ginger/all bon bons (with costumes). Students who are only in Bon Bons are excused at 5:25
5:25-5:45 Stage Manager set stage
5:45-9:30 FULL RUN THROUGH with costumes and makeup (SAT NIGHT CAST)
FRIDAY, DEC. 17
10:30 Adult morning class at SDAB for int/adv dancers
2:00 Call time for Intermediate/Advanced dancers
2:30-5:30 Rehearsal time for corps de ballet, principal roles, etc.
6:00 Call for Pre-Ballet/Beginning ballet
6:00-6:55 Stage manager to mop floor and set stage

11:30 Call for Intermediate/Advanced dancers
11:45-12:45 Class on stage for Int/Adv dancers
